Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your panels in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
